    looks like google is going into the direction that yahoo went when they started getting real recognition. 5 years too late. In 2000 an announcement like this would have boosted stock prices by 10%

    I don't think anything's too late for Google. They carry a large audience loyalty, and there will be people willing to signup under Google no matter what business Google pursues.
