hiding real name in Paypal?

Is it possible to hide/change real name in Paypal when you send money?
I don't feel comfortable to show my real name when buying something.

 

Make a business account.

 

do not change your real name....

when you change your name it may be trouble for you....

 

I dont' think so its possible.

 

It's better if you use your real name. if your account got limited or something, it's easier to provide legit documents when paypal asks.

Unless you have something to hide you shouldnt worry.

 

Dealing online is all about trust. If you have no evil intensions, I do not see a reason to hide your name.

 

i don't understand y people give FREE advices instead of giving exact answer what the question needs

 

This is possible if you upgrade to a Business account. I did this a few weeks ago and my business name is the one that reflects instead of my real name

 

What usually paypal ask if we want to open business account?. Is there any legitimate document should be provided to paypal as a proof

 

If you have premium or business account you can change your name for that of your business with no problem, the same as if you upgrade from personal to any of these.

However you can keep your personal account for private affairs and create a business account to disclose your business name instead of yours.

This is the answer. Don't enter into any sort of deception with a financial institution, it's a good way to lose your account.

 

Before you create a Business Account, you would indeed need to make sure that you are at least a registered business or an incorporated company with a bank account opened in your business name. It would not be a good idea if you create a Paypal Business account and then use a fictitious company's name even if it is your name because Paypal may ask for your incorporation papers and that be the end of your account.

If you signed up with 2checkout or Plimus, you do not need to show your personal name.

 

Don't hide your real name.
If anytime your account being limited , then they may ask for docs , so , if it would be in fake name , your account will never be lifted due to lack of documents.
Making buisness account only for fake purpose , will put your money in troubles , so a bit carefull while doing this things.
Whenever a matter of Paypal comes , always remind , be legit.

Is this for a personal transaction, or are you buying a service/product? If this is a business transaction, I think the real question here is why are you not comfortable with using your real name? Unless you want your account limited, I'd stay away from entering in any false information.

 

You can change your real name but then it will be a problem ordering a check or transfering funds to paypal, if you want to hide your name then make it a business account !

 

dont hide your name with paypal. u never know when your account can get limited..
