    Thank you for the link. PPA Adsense could turn out very nice for publishers if there is a good offer you could sell to your visitors. But i doubt payouts will stay high like that just for a sign up.

    They didn't mentioned anything in the application..

    Yes but they are accepting only previously registered Adsense publishers to apply.
