I finally decided that i will auction off my directory, its too much work for me trying to review submissions as well as run my other sites, so maybe someone will get a good deal here

Misc Info

The directory uses (a slightly modified version) of the free singe template that was released by an0n, and also i skinned (with permission) the wordpress blog to match the main directory skin. All footer links must remain in place, including the ones on the wordpress blog.

The featured links within the directory should stay in place since the link owners have paid for them.

The four links down the bottom (underneath the categories) can be removed if you wish to do so.

I reserve the right to void this auction if i feel it is not going anywhere.

I can help transfer the site and domain if you need me to.

The domain is currently registered @ godaddy and exipres nov 07.

what kind of revenue does this bring in?

 

I have sold many featured links for $5 - $25 (i used to test what price worked best) in the past, however decided to go free so no income as of late.

attached is a screenshot from the admin panel, it shows payments that have been recieved & paid for. (the second screenshot show total amount of payments recieved)

for payment to protect me & the buyer, the payment will be split into 3 payments. for e.g. if the winning bid is $300, it will be split into 3 lots of $100.
$100 will be paid up front, i will then transfer the domain, then buyer will pay another $100, i will then give access to cpanel and ftp to download/transfer the site, once complete the remaining $100 will be sent.
