    The way of upgrading to next level is same as this forum. Provide relevant answers and after crossing a certain mark, you will be upgraded for level 2.

    The fastest way to get to level 2 is to constantly provide a BEST ANSWER to questions. Spamming is also a fast way to get somewhere - out of Yahoo answers community that is.
