Contest $30 Logo/Icon Contest <--- U KNOW U WANT TO SHOW OFF YOUR WORK!!

I ran a successful logo contest for another forum here and I'm hoping to find something for this contest within a week.

I need a new Logo and Icon that I can use on this site: Admin Talk.
I would like a larger logo (like my other logo thread linked above) so I'm looking for an image about 380x100 pixels

I want the words "Admin Talk" in them and if we incorporate an icon with "AT" that would be cool.
The icon doesn't have to be part of the logo, I just want a simple icon with AT in it.
I'd like a fresh look to the logo, not something we've seen on 100's of other sites already.
I would like the vector and photoshop files so I can edit them down the line "change tag line, ect"

As you see our forum is currently styled in blues and whites, I'd like to logo to match these or come close. I can always adjust the style if the logo's colors look better.
I'm also interested in other color combos, as I said, I can adjust the style accordingly if the colors you pick just make the logo pop. (my current style took all of 10 mins to make, I can adjust it for the logo)

I'd like space to add a tag line as an option.

I'll critique all submissions, I've done a few logo contest here at DP and they usually end up being 3 or 4 pages with lots of revisions.
I'm hoping for the same participation in this thread

I'm looking for somethin we haven't seen before.
Okay my suggestions for everyone is make the logo's bigger
I want them aboout (380x100 pixels) please remember this on your mockups.
(Also make it Admin Talk with the space, not AdminTalk no space)

#2 - I don't mind the icon, but that's the only part... I could make the Admin Talk text you have.
#3 - again, the icon is the only part I like and it seems like we're trying to hard on the "web2.0 look" I like the idea of the inner circles inside the icon but something doesn't look right.
#5 - I don't really like much of this, seems like "kiddy" work.. no offense intended
#6 - I'd say I like this one best but the Admin Talk part is still off somehow.. this is my fav "icon" so far.
#7.a - I like that you tried something different but the A and T need to be capital and I'm not sure about the mascot, I'd be interested in seeing this expanded on, maybe some more detail in the guy
#7.b - not bad, needs work and the text should be like this, only capital the first letter (Admin Talk) and with the space.
#8 - to bubbely for my taste.. Looking for something that looks more professional
#9 - interesting idea, I couldn't really use the icon's for anything, looking for an expansion on what you made
#10 - I don't really care for the icon at all
#11 - I like this idea but I don't know if it would work for me, try using those faces in a side icon and change the font for Admin Talk
#12 - not bad but the icons look unfinished, also you don't have to use the same font I used
