    I also check it, I think webmaster still have to install another script from Google to see data from their Google Plus metrics.

    I've never show this from our report, geographic and demographic information about the Google users who’ve +1’d the page.

    Yes, its there in google webmaster tools... but it will take effect when someone gives the +1 to the site in rankings.. though it is considerable to get good rankings.!
