    Want to get rid of the website and forum as soon as possible.
    The main website has ads which make $15 per month. You can choose to remove the ads or you can continue displaying them and make $15 per month.

    The forum is available at http://www.mixedmartialartscentral.org/forum/
    You'll receive the lifetime VBulletin license meaning you never have to pay for VBulletin again unless you want to upgrade. You also receive hosting until 2010/10/20 which is a Baby package at HostGator.

    I would really like to get 200-300 dollars out of it and would like to get rid of it asap. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I'll answer them to the best of my abilities.

    This is the right one. Check the Google Analytics data. The majority of the traffic is coming directly.

    which means your traffic is your forum members...not search engine traffic from your posts...do you believe that to be a correct statement?
