    Just signup for google adsense.... wait to get approved and then put the adsense code on your site.

    Eventually those pic text ads will appear once and awhile on your site.

    yeah .... it was not what I mean friends. On my adsense account for ad units there was only Text Ads, Image Ads, Video Ads, Link Units and Flash Ads. Then what should I choose to display Picture Text Ads? thanks before.

    You don't need a different new account for video ads, its part of regular Adsense account. it is one of the ad format from Google.
