    I am in need of some quick cash. So i am selling these sites cheap..

    www.offtopicden.com

    All domains expire in about 7-9 months time and registered with dynadot and namecheap

    CSI Forum has a great design, and the off-topic den comes with a large IPB 3.0.4 database.

    Here are screen-shots of the database.
