    You mentioned in your thread title "$150-$350" but inside the sc saying $35.43 for the month of july and $0 for august.

    May I know how did you calc $150-$350 also is your website has any warez sort of thing?
    And what is the traffic status for your site?

    you can chose what you want
    if you chose $2.49 than you have to pay 2.49x12 on the payment page

    there is no monthly payment

    organic search engine traffic or you promote with Adwords and some of those paid traffic sources?
