I've been looking to many hosting sites but I can't seem to find the perfect fit for my budget which is less than $40/month.

    I'm looking to have:
    - atleast 25gb space
    - atleast 256 MB RAM
    - atleast 100gb bandwidth or more.
    - cPanel/WHM with fantastico
    - 2-3 free dedicated ip

anyone has a clue where I can get those? Thanks in advance.

Think hostingincanada.com service is what you need to satisfy all your demands.
This company provides only VPSs and will be helpful for you. I'm sure.

I believe that globaltap.com, with their quality and reputation can offer you a good stabkle solution for VPS hosting.

If you want something cheaper, try looking up such provider as hostingsource.com - they seem to provide half-price discount for their VPS services.

Frankly speaking I have never heard about the company which OP mentioned, perhaps, it is an entry-level one, so you have to find time-tested and reliable company. I strongly believe that you will receive what you are looking for if you trust reputable company and I think that a2hosting.com, serverpoint.com and vpscolo.com will offer you VPS solution you need.

Well i was using these local sort of host couple of months back, i am not going to recommend any host, but have a suggestion for you, just go for some major hosting company and check their customer services before signing up, as most of the time you have to struggle in case of customer service.
