    This is apparently violating the TOS. Aren't they afraid of Google?

    My opinion is no one can beat google. I respect google. Google adsense is the best online money making program i have seen.

    Can you mention why Google should ban AOL? I'm not sure which terms you are talking about - sorry for dumb question! Moreoever, Google bought 5% of AOL share for $1 billion in 2005 ... they can do whatever they want!
