Page Rank (Valid) 2 Site, with Content for sale

I have for sale, the domain (with content) NBCN.org. It has a valid PR2 as shown here with many pages of content.

Site is based on Social Web CMS, with built in anti-spam and RSS feed modules. I have branded this to a unique niche, although have not monetized it at all, so currently I have no revenue to share.

The site currently has 187 pages (approximately) indexed in google, and gets quite a bit of organic traffic, based on the articles pulled in from feedburner.

Currently I have had a DP'er develop a pretty nice Logo for the site which goes with it, and looks great with the template.

This is a great opportunity to either take the Idea I have started, and actually follow through with it, *OR* to just take the 6+ year PR2 domain and use it to further your own needs.

Must have positive Itrader (+5 or better), and pay via paypal. Looking for a relatively quick sale.

You will get the Domain, Logo files, Backup of the database (to include the articles) and everythign else you see at the website.

**Disclaimer** I cannot verify the number of users who are "Real" as someone hit my site prior to adding the captcha system and the Anti-spam functionality... and I have not found the time to prune the accounts out by IP addres by hand.

Sorry that I took so long to respond! I thought that the Forums would notify me of responses.

The Current High bidder is Burndog at $10. I am lowering the reserve to $15, with a $40 BIN. Any bids over $25, still get the Second domain, w2gas.com, as an added bonus.

Since I fouled up and didnt check back, I'll give the auction a bit more time to run until I close it to the highest bidder!
