What are you trying to add?

I am adding an intext add. I haven't done anything different but keep getting denied no matter what I do to change it

What makes you say it's denied?

Says I need to change URL, Title, or description, which i did about 6 different times and I see no difference in the ads that are approved.

That's not denied, that's just telling you that if you change your ad, it will have to be reviewed again.

Can you see if this add is approved?

Something is wrong with it because it is still not approved or my ads are not showing up

Looks like your keywords you are using are competing with your own ads. The system automatically doesn't allow you to bid against yourself. The best thing to do is use different keywords for different ads.
