Does anyone know any good site builder/WYSIWYG for adsense and other ads???? The problem is that I have a very basic site creator, and it dosen't allow me to choose where the banner goes. If I copy paste a skyscraper code for example, the top of the skyscraper would display only at the end of my text, and the whole sky scraper would be surrounded by blank space.... Anyway i wondered if there is any site creator/wysiwyg that allows you to paste the adsense code into it and then move around the banners as you wish by drag and drop, and then click on the code page and get all the html code for you to copy/paste.... I asked that question a few times and had dreamweaver as response, but I wondered if theres any other solution, for example is there any other paid one or any other free one to download?? thanks -chip
if u buy usual web hosting package, u get to use very good WYSIWYG editor with heaps of templates.. but i prefer to start a site with either drupal or wordpress or some CMS systems, which u can easily get if u buy linux hosting fantasico.. hope that helps
thanks for the reply nandalin but doesn't quite solve tings, maybe i forgot to say, the web hosting company that I'm with has a very basic site creator called site studio that i use. The thing is that it dosent allow you to drag and drop things like rectangles, or dosent allow you to use your mouse to change the apearence of your site. What i'd like is a site creator that you can enlarge things with ur mouse or make smaller, and drag and drop things with ur mouse and has a separate window where u can see the code... mine has none of that. If you want dont really understand the site editor that i have, do a google search on site studio, and its first link on top... there you can try it out free without any download. Also ive already started building my site, i need like a backup site editor where you can drag and drop with your mouse and copy the code. Also I've already got my template So I'm still looking for some answers but thanks anyway
You should use Wordpress. It has good plugin like SEO plugin which is better for ranking at organic SERP in Google.
Yep - wordpress is so easy to use and so powerful - you can use it as a full CMS, not just for blogging : )
I already have a template that I want to use and a pretty easy to use website editor, just without the ability to drag and drop or use your mouse. What I would need is a backup website editor that I can use mouse to modify and also drag and drop. Also, can I use a template from my website editor to somehow put it on another website editor or wordpress?? Also can you drag and drop and use your mouse to make changes in wordpress? thanks
Update: woooohooooooo!!!!!! by using internet explorer, I went to my website and then i see a small icon, click on it and the I can edit my website with microsoft word or frontpage!!!!!!!! I can click everywhere make things bigger/smaller with my mouse!!!! Also two questions: 1: when i open frontpage from internet explorer, I first have to type in a pasword into it, and theres an old hotmail adress that i forgot the pasword of that appears in the name of the user. So i dont know it anymore and i click cancel to access but dont have access to the full frontpage aplication so what do i do about that? question 2: I paste the adsense code in the html place then click on normal and dont see nothing, the i click on preview, and i see the adsense ad!!! - just that it's in the old same ugly spot - but how do i change it?? Thanks alot, also if anyone knows programs you can buy or get for free and edit your website by going on internet explorer to your web url?? thanks
well chip I would recomend you to use a basic html editor to change things in the code, if your site is running on a cms you should be able to edit the template in the backend-area ..... this would also solve your first question and you could position the banner(ads) via css which should solve your second question
