The Rapidshare isn't a Incorporated before it was started bunch of illegal things provider before. The use to upload the illegal material and spread them it got downloaded due to single mirror the point system there attracted people a lot in hunger of more points to earn a account. Then the thing widely spread and now its the 1# that host 92% downloads illegal. more then 1 TB is uploaded within some hours. Rapidshare was offline for some hours - 6 months before ( don't know what exactly the date was) Today i own a site where my members bring upto 100 rapidshare premium account daily. the traffic download limit was about Unlimited before. Then account went widely spread and the traffic Limit decreased to 2 GB per day that is really less. Looks like Rapidshare will fall in depression after heavy boom!
Would it be feasible for RapidShare to do something about it? I mean, they would have to build a pretty complex safeguard system to prevent this. As a content provider, I shudder at the thought of my writing being distributed without my permission...but, it would be really difficult to make sure that the person uploading doesn't own the rights or have permission to distribute the file. What do you all think?
I think it is a good one . I sometimes use it to get some software. Kind of sad this is not totally free.

just few month more. rapidshare going to fall in big trouble ) they reduced the download limit to 2.5 gb per day which sucks. no one will buy the rapidshare account. because people can download files by restarting their modems. but luckily i have a 1 year account and still have 10 gb download limit per day! rapidshare will be ban for every developed country soon because of illegal content and rapidshare is only the site which is responsible for increasing piracy ! i don;t like rapidshare because it sucks as free loader. according to me best site is ADRIVE.com 100% genuine site. no partiality between free loaders and premium loader. people who want free backup service then adrive is recommended i have 300 adrive accounts and uploaded around 10 Tb of data they provide 10mbps connection to each file
I like is powerful capabilities but I hate slow download speeds and having to wait 75 seconds to download a usually couple of MB File. I would prefer mediafire if it had a rewards program.
I had once encount the same problem . I tried to use proxy, but it didn't work . I restart my computer, then the problem is solved (although I didn't change any IP).
yeah, the new rules & the cap on download limit is crap... anyone knows what`s the rate for the Traffic Share...so that we can increase the download limit??
