i am working on goiit.com which is leading online education portal in india i want to know about how can i know about broken links for millions of pages & improve my alexa please help me.

 

I think the only alexa rank working for the visitor who is installed alexa toolbar.

 

you can get better Alexa rank from submitting related directories, articles, bookmarking.

 

well mate. to increase alexa there is only 1 thing u can improve.. and that's traffic. try doing some social bookmarkings, article submission to high traffic sites and do some seo stuffs. this will increase your traffic and periodically your alexa.

 

Set your site as home page + social bookmarkings

 

include the alexa widget on your site.

Once you've done this every visitor will be included in the alexa score not just the ones that have the toolbar.
This really helps alot.

 

I think link building is the only answer to improve your Alexa also try to promote on yahoo and Google groups.

 

Alexa is not a reliable measure of traffic. To increase it though, try dropping card at entrecard to receive pagehits to your homepage. That way, your alexa score will improve.

i think in some case alexa rank not related with traffic, all you need is visitor with alexa toolbar and luck..
