    I sold the domain j8l.com to this guy for $170 and he issued a PayPal chargeback.

    It's definite then! (That's why he put spaces in between his domain names when listed!) Ban this guy and I'll make sure he's dealt with in real life ;-) I'm definitely winning the PayPal dispute since it's an intangible good, and I have some friends in Yazd that will get getting in touch with the police there.
