That say that the INR=$1 but the average worker in the US than makes $1000 USD per hour. It doesn't change much because it's all relative.
This thread reminds me of a day back in 2000 I purchased a lottery ticket from 7-11 and the cashier who owns this particular store asked me, if you win the lottery what would you do, as he shakes his head a little to funny for me to explain. I answered shaking my head with a slight indi accent, I am going to India and opening a chain of 8-11 convience stores. but until then I will continue to drive my taxi.
Don't you feel silly about this post? You are bothered about your earning and not about economical growth of the nation? Every Indian making online money, will sustain a life even if such thing happens.
heh 1usd=1INR doesnt mean development India is never a producing market it more services and out sourcing market then you will only get paid in $,then many like me dont have food ,i guess you must know basis whats economy and what make economy strong
