    Walruus, No the buyer will be the sole owner. In many aspects no matter what this goes for your getting a bargin, it's a whole entire web 2.0 startup founded around the idea of quality. I could code a share function, but the legal aspects of such a function are a little complex. It would involve contacting record studios etc.

    The script itself is worth $xxxx. Add the idea and design together, you could've easily pulled mid 4-figures. It's really a waste you didn't try the sitepoint marketplace.

    I would venture to assume they will come after you anyways to pay the minimum fee for web based streaming as deemed by the US Copyright Royalty Board. However, this is definitely ironic. We were just talking about how cloud-based services could very well be the future of Web 2.0 and users will be able to take data with them. Upon my first read I was worried this was a hosting script, but now I see it is much more.

    The right person gets a hold of this it could easily be a top 10k site in Alexa and get investors from all over.

    I'm not so sure. I know if a sharing feature was added then yes that would be a needed element, but as it stands people should not be sharing the music and using there own accounts, and as a result the US Copyright board would have to prove it's not personal backup and usage.

    I agree this site is going to be big. I really do think so. Which is why I'm not sure I can let it go for the winning bid. This took about 150 hours to code. Thanks for your input Dragons5.
