    I don't think there are going to be problems placing a leaderboard like that. It's just a blending and I think it doesn't violate adsense rules.

    I have taken a close look at the template and the way that the Google Adsense has been placed.

    I can not (Personally) , see any issues with using the template.

    I believe that if you were to use a different background color for your adsense, then you should be fine.

    Just double check with adsense support, since they would be the best people to discuss the matter with.

    For me, I think it's dangerous! AdSense doesn't like giving much attention to the ads and I think the border of the top leaderboard does. So if I were you, I would be worried.

    Which is against TOS?
