    You can request another download if your download was unsuccessful but as far as getting a refund, forgetaboutit.

    As a buyer, a buyer can ALWAYS claim a "dispute" and request a refund. As a BUYER of virtual items..... SELLER NEVER wins regardless of what the seller says.

    A case is initiated, paypal investigates and buyer wins. ALWAYS!

    That is a fact.

    There's no problem if your customers ask for a refund.

    Paypal allows you to issue a full or partial refund in 30 days after payment.

    It's a simple fact that refunds are inevitable so make sure your product is worth what you are selling it for. Refunds of good products will be low but there will always be the crooks who have every intention of getting a refund no matter how good your product is.

    this will mostly depend on your target demographic as others have mentioned, there is no real easy way out for selling virtual goods on paypal
