Start a website with several services and scripts, including a nice blog that you REALLY post in. I'm not talking some crap generated content. Really blog about something you're passionate about. SEO the site. Grow it. Support it. Get more users at every available opportunity but make sure they're quality users who will come back again and again. Eventually, you can start advertising and selling things on your site. Start purchasing some traffic, and SEO it to the max. DO NOT, however, make this obvious to your users. They'll feel betrayed if you do. Don't do popups, invasive ads, etc. Just start with some small text links. As your site grows, add a banner or two. Start renting space. But bring it in slowly. Eventually, start with the selling products and affiliate recruiting. Wait though, you need to develop a strong base of users thats familiar with the advertising you have. After you feel comfortable that you have enough people, go ahead and advertise to your hearts content, but always remember not to do it too fast, and hold out on invasive ads until the last moment. That's what I'd do. But I'm interested in that Forex method too...
