    hi ,
I don't know where to post this .If you think that this is a wrong forum , then please move to the appropriate forum .

I am an article writer .I always trust on my clients .But two of them have cheated me .

One of the member said "I have a problem with my paypal , I will pay you when they remove the restriction ".I have been waiting for past 4 weeks .
but still same reply from him. At first , this fellow asked me to write an article. when asking for payment , no reply from him .After a long while , He replied me"I need two more articles , that's why i didn't contact you .Send me the two articles , you will be got paid ".I did the work . Even now , he said " I have a restriction from paypal, I can't pay now " .

I have the proof of their mail and chating history .
    Can i book a complaint here ? What will i do ?

Just leave negative iTrader if you are not satisfied with him. Thats all.

DP never involves in members dispute so you have to contact your buyer and resolve your issue with him yourself.

    DON.

I recommend you don't write/send the articles in the future until you have recieved payment first.

i agree... asking for more work instead of paying is usually a bad sign in a client.

in the future you might want to ask for a deposit (20-50%) beforehand, just to weed out potential problem clients.

Write it off to experience. There are always people out there who want something for nothing and will cheat anyone they can cheat. It's part of doing business!

You could use an escrow service in the future but that will turn off not only the theifs but the honest as well.

Western Union or bank transfer are other good methods of payment.

You can't book a complaint here.

Ask him to pay in kind or via another payment processor.

If he still does not pay, you retain the rights to your articles ( Although selling them might be difficult if he has already published them)

I agree with terminator69 and you should not trust in the way you have done.

Have you offered him an alternative way to pay? I think you should start by doing that. If you offer him a reasonable alternative way to pay (and let's face it, certainly nobody working online should be dependent on PayPal as their only way to collect money!!) and he declines that as well, then you certainly have a justified grievance, I think.

All you can do directly here on DP is leave a negative iTrader if a deal took place because of a thread here where one of you was the OP, or leave a negative review in that deal thread you participated in. You may not post in other sales threads of theirs, and you may not start new threads to complain about private business dealings. Other than that, you need to deal with it off-board privately, and others here gave some good advice.
