    I have only two Verified accounts , one is Premier and one is Personal Account. I also never tried to open more than two accounts ..

    According to paypal TOS,one person is only allow for 2 account
    1 for biz and 1 for personal use.
    And its not a good idea to have 4 paypal account.
    Is it your 4 paypal account having same name?

    There is no limit on how many accounts that can be created on a single
    computer.     If your brother and the employee is using the same computer
    there will be no problem. The only limit that we have is the number of
    PayPal account that a user can have.

    Members are permitted to have both a Personal account and a Business or
    Premier account, however, it is against the User Agreement to have more
    than one Personal account or more than one Business/Premier account.

    * In order to reserve Personal accounts for individual use, we
    require all businesses to have Business or Premier accounts.
    * Each account must have a different email address, bank account and
    credit card.

    If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

    The reply from paypal is amply clear that they differentiate between accounts only by the personal information of an individual...

    Hence, it is perfectly legal if all the members of a family, open different paypal accounts in their individual name from their single home pc too! :cool:

    i have two verified accounts.. one personal and one premier.. i normally transfers money form my premier to personal, which have the same IP... having no problem though.
