I have for sale my online business which i have been running since around late may.
The concept of the site and the business framework i have built up is i have a team of 6 people who actively work for me day to day. They are paid based on the work they do and the business offers a variety of products which it has expended on over the months. (all products can be seen on the site located here: www.forumfuture.com . As you can see it is mainly a freelance writing company).
It has also built up a secure client base of re-curring clients who come back and some who have reffered other webmasters seeking our services or similar services thus increasing revenue and profit scales dramatically. This also shows that the business is built solidly and has a high reputation and also very high standards.
All of this is included within the sale.
As the owner it will be your job to find new projects (of which i insure you it is very easy to do and you can undercut your competitors by sometimes up to 100%+ because of how the business has been setup).
Included in the sale will be a guide on teaching you all the basic's intermediate and advanced ways of running the business with all the tricks of the trade. However it does not require full time commitment at this stage and i have been spending 1 to 2 hours a day actively working on the site to gain new clients and check up on the workers and check everything is running smoothly (like any business man should be doing). This could easily become your full time, quit your day job income as already it makes $50+ proven income for each working day which as i said before is not even a full working day so it has lots of more potential if you are willing to put the time into it and want to make $400+ a day.

My reasons for selling is because I am trying to pay off my college loan and cards as fast as i can. That also means i am looking for a quick sale and I am open to taking all offers.

Obviously he is saying the revenue comes from the forum posting service he is selling, not Adsense. Of course, the revenue screenshots aren't working so who knows.
