    Yes i use Photoshop as my primary tool to create these designs. & people i will be writing up tutorials on how to design such web design templates. So keep up to date at my site . Click Areol in my signature.

    As For reezluv's question it varies but starts from just only £50 (christmas Special ONLY). This includes Logo, site design, psd, Source files and full rights Along with a Documentation (ReadME File.
