    I have 1,000,000 - 3,000,000 impression per day.

    Minimum CPM 0.03$. Paying for impression (no UIP).

    And payout maximum 100$ (paypal, moneybookers)

    mosr of CPM companies offers counting only Unique IP, but for good price ( See the first one in my list of CPM companies that I have in my signature ). Also I only know one company that counts every impression - it is the 4th on the list - Check it out and see for Yourself :)

    you could always try adsdaq. you set your own cpm - a tip, start high, probably atleast $1, if not much luck lower it slowly.
