Having trouble with a script, please help

Hey guys, I'm still learning php and am nowhere near good enough yet, but I'm trying.

Anyway I'm installing a script (viral marketing type) and I keep getting an error, it's meant to iframe up a form from another page but I keep getting an error, although I can access the form directly through the link it says I don't have access to.

Please have a look and figure out where I'm going wrong. Just click the link on the page.

change your file or folder permission (chmod)

Please chmod back to it original permissions. Its causing the problem .

 

I mean change to 0755

 

Yeah still not working, changed both the index.oho file and the target file to 755 and still no luck. Cheers guys
