It's functionally very straight forward and pleasing to look at, if not somehow a little bland. However, if you change the colour scheme or add tons of extra things onto the page, it may look cluttered and too in-your face...so maybe you have done this on purpose. Keep going with the design, it looks nice.
To big for screen, to much info on home page and i dont like all the empty space towards the bottom left. Hope this is of help.
The design is not bad but I think you should make the template smaller so the entire page can fit on everyone's screen regardless of their resolution.
the header looks not that good I would go for a more glassy look and I think the adbox would be better on the right side of the forum
Thought it looked great. Only suggestion is try to change your ads a little so that it doesn't stretch the page out.
