I believe that ebooks purchases are final, however if you guarantee a refund for a certain length, then you just give them a full refund, otherwise you don't have to. Yes they still have your ebook in the end if they have a refund.

They still have the download, but they don't necessarily have access to it any more, if you choose to use a delivery-system like e-book pro 6.0 with which you can simply disable their password after granting the refund. The comment above applies to ebooks delivered in PDF format, I think. There are other ways. :)

Google Checkout only available for the people in US and UK. I think SWREG would be a good idea.

You will lose the money if they asks for refund or chargebacks..
    You also can use Moneybookers.

As it told, paypal is not good to sell virtual item.
I do advise you to use other type of payment processor such as 2CO

    I am from India.

Conclusion : Paypal is NOT good for Ebook.Even if I lock PDF, then they can read the material and then ask for the refund. So, locking is also not a viable option.

What to use which can be used from India and simple to use as Paypal ?

There will be no protection for you from Payapl, if you are selling digital goods that are not delivered by postal mail.
I will consider mailing the eBook again, after sending it via email.

Concern over is NOT the delievery or mailing.

Concern over here after sending the Ebook, if buyer ask for the refund then ?

well, they have to open a complaints, normally, it's ur side who wins.

because for paypal, they have to authorize to pay you money for ur products or services or digital materials.

if u offer money refund, it's easier, just do the roll-back refund functions, just do not accept the money as soon as u receive email, u can roll back

    hope that helps

It's risky but well worth it.

Offer an un-conditional money back guarantee and make sure that your ebook is powerful. If you offer a quality product, you won't get unnecessary requests.

Why there is NOT any site or Merchant which can ALERT customer that THERE WONT be ANY refund if they are buying Ebook and let that merchant Send those Ebook.

But every Ebook needs to scrutinize before it can be send.

Uh that's not good, man! A lot of crooks will buy your ebook with stolen paypal or stolen cards and then in the end you will have big chargeback.

In the end, this is really the best solution for selling a downloadable file that you can't lock (like a typical PDF file). Our hosting company specializes in setting up sites that sell downloadables, and we've yet to hear from a client site that's complaining about people demanding refunds. If you are selling "real" content - an eBook that actually provides some useful, interesting information - at a reasonable price, a person who pays money up front for it will very seldom demand a refund.

Take a good look at what you're selling. Look at it as an "outsider," not as someone who wants to profit from the sale. If you bought your product, would you be satisfied? If the answer is "yes," then the odds are almost everyone else will say "yes" as well.

    Cheers,

    Dan
