    I only bought this website off this forum about a fortnight ago, however looking at my portfolio of websites and cutting back to focus my efforts this one has to go again.

    Website: HostsBlog.com
    Google PR: 1
    Unique Traffic November: 689
    Alexa: 1,810,209 (Last week: 481,208)

    Since taking over I have greatly increased traffic to this blog using tools such as entrecard and activity in forums.

    The previous owner noted that he had made a few affiliate sales from hostgator. I have not experienced any in the last fornight, however I do know that hosting affiliates are paid up to $100 persale - so you only need to make one of two to make this blog extremely worthwhile.

    As well as that, I have just added adsense to the blog in the last could of days and have already received one click which resulted in 83cents (so this is a decent paying niche.
