I started this site a few months back, but have never really found the time to develop it. As well as letting visitors submit their own themes, it's set up to automatically grab the latest themes from other sources using the wp-o-matic plugin. One click and it gets updated whenever you want (once a day should do it). I only installed it recently so have only done a couple of grabs to date.

It has 117 pages indexed in google and gets about 350 hits a month.
