Analyze keyword rank in Google

There is regular UPs and DOWNs of position in search of particular keywords with my site in Google.

Can anybody suggest good tool to analyze these changes. If I got mail then I'll be alerted accordingly.

Also want to know how can I achieve steady rank?

 

More backlinks with the phrase you want to be steady from different sites, IPs, pages with focus on the topic related pages of your niche... throw in variations to make it look natural e.g. insted of linking "blue widgets" all the time, make it, let's say, 60% "blue widgets", 10% "widgets site", 10% "blue things", 10% "nice widgets" and 10% clutter with different anchors which don't need to include either. Make the link amount growing steadily (don't throw in all at once) and your position should increase dramatically. The % mentioned are just an example.
