Need to remove space from between two rows in CSS

Here I have two rows of navigation, I am looking to find out how to eliminate or atleast reduce the space in between them, if possible. Thanks.

 

In the CSS:

.solidblockmenu{
margin: 0 0 1em 0;
}

Is what you have. That 1em is making that space appear between the two rows. If you make it 0, there will be no space. If you change it to something like 5px, the space will be 5px long, etc...
