    You shouldn't be using a software to submit articles and links to web directories. Find a good directory list (vmoptions) and start submitting your website to these directories manually. Use a form-filler if you want to do it faster.

    You can also use signature links in forums.

    I it would be better if you hire a person who are expertise in doing SEO because on-site & off site is not an easy job if you've not thorough knowledge.
