How to get rid of this kind of spam

Hai guys
These days i m facing new kind of spam emailz.
Just look at the picture



i have recieved spam message from me...
i m recieving these kind of emails everyday.
and my other contacts too recived these emails. from ofcource my name.
i tried changing password
can anyone tell me how to get rid of this

 

I suggest not to reveal your primary email over the internet. Keep one for contacts that people may need (Publicly), and one private one for people you know or banking, billing, etc.

Don't open spam either, trojans may lurk inside.

 

Set up a spam filter, it stops all that crap.

 

Block the spammer's email address. Just delete if you have to. You can never really stop spam.
