I knew it'll help and I advise all Adsense users whose accounts are not banned to also read the articles.

mjewel thank you for your answers (even if they were kind of sarcastic) I was blinded by my anger because I know I an innocent and still this happened to me. I will do anything I can to help google investigate this issue and hopefully get my account reinsalled.

dalebu i guess I don't need to tell you how much help you have provided. thanks to you I got a new vision on the whole issue and this can make the difference between reinsallement of my account or being permanently banned. thanks a lot mate. if you have other advice I would love to hear it. you can send it via PM, email me or post here :)

Your CTR sounds pretty high to me, so somehow, someway your site's usage pattern set off a red flag at the big G. You need to be deadly honest with them about what you think might be causing the problem. The only high hope you have of even getting a response is showing that you recognize why they might ban you and thus be able and willing to fix it. Gaming sites have VERY POOR CTR, so if you're generating thousands of clicks you either have insane traffic (is it mostly foreign?) or perhaps an unintentionally deceptive UI?

The problem with google is the fact that they could implement a way to keep from counting negligent clicks but they don't do anything on their end except punish the publisher. Understand click fraud is bad but I am sure there is a way that they could prevent it on their end. I have always wondered also about all of the people you meat on the web. You never know when you will piss someone off and then they go and click your ads enough to get you banned. There is software out there but we shouldn't have to go through the trouble of buying and installing a program on our sites to prevent click fraud.

the problem is you are not allowed to use other scripts to prevent this kind of behavior. I have reported a high CTR before at google and asked if there is a way to prevent this kind of behavior. the replied that i cannot use these kind of software and that they reserve the right to ban you if you do. so you have no way of protection

    Enron had audited financials too!

Google's actions are probably not illegal, in that Publisher's agree to their TOS and policies which give them the right to invalidate clicks for basically any reason.

However, it's naive to think that Google refunds all so-called "invalid clicks" to Advertisers. Many of these clicks are legitimate as the Advertiser did receive an interested unique visitor.

How else would they have 25% net profit margins?

I could think of a half dozen ways to hide this money in the financials and be in total compliance with GAAP.

Sure you could. lmao. First you talk about how high their profit margins are (they get 100% of ad revenue from google search) - then you talk about them hiding the money. It's a diametric argument. Google only has a finite pool from which to draw publishers from. Banning publishers for no reason would only drop profit margins over time.

If you had ever used adwords, you know that they do indeed credit advertisers on a monthly bases.

Again, they would make a lot more money allowing all invalid clicks and never banning anyone - or banning and then allowing a person to reapply.

Shoemoney has said that he has never seen a legitimate publisher following the tos get banned - and I haven't either. Sure, it may happen, but 99.9% of the time it is someone not following the tos with ad placement, content, or thinking that google can't catch friends clicking ads from another computer.

Google would lose billions if they terminated it's adsense publishers. The last thing they want to do is send publishers to another company.

Don't forget, adsense doesn't guarantee any set payout percentage. If they wanted to make more money, they could do it by paying out a smaller percentage. No need to lie about refunding invalid clicks to advertisers. The founders have billions of dollars at stake and they don't want to risk that for some sort sighted profit from a lie.
