    How do you replace/change colors in photo shop image? I want to change everythign that is currently white to yellow. ???

    There are a number of ways of doing this. The fast way would be to use the magic wand tool (second column, second row of the tool palette). When you click on the tool, at the top enter tolerance of 5px and set to anti-alias.

    Then click in your image on the white to select that, go to edit -> fill and fill the select you just made with either the foreground or background (one must be set to white on the tool palette).

    If it's a complex image, I would consider putting a solid yellow layer under the image the layer is on, then using the eraser tool with a brush of 13px to erase the top area's white area so the yellow blends through.

    Press Ctrl+U, check "Colorize" and play with the scrollers.
    You'll get it yellow :)

    That will change all the image's colors, not the background

    I'm also not good in Photoshop that why I don't have the ability to answer your question but I think you can search for online tutorials about it. Just be resourceful. :D
