    Please tell me whether its legal or not...

    strictly speaking, unless they state on the website or you've got permission from the owners I highly doubt that it would be legal... (see Copyright Laws)

    If it's illegal, I'm suing google ... those bastards scrape me daily.
    To answer, there is nothing illegal about it. Perhaps against T&C but certainly nothing that will land you in jail.

    Just downloading the html isn't illegal. "Legal" depends on what you are planning to do with it.
