My Portfolio - New Design

Hi Guys,

I am looking for some new feedback on my latest design which is still a Work in Progress.

The site is Smarter Webdesign

The main layout is done but I do need to add some more images and text (I am rubbish at writing )


Could I have some feedback on the colours / layout and style?

I really like this website design and colours Especially the category buttons, did you design those yourself?

Great website, not too much stuffed on the one page and very easy to navigate. Good luck with it

there have to be an unique about page.

when I click portfolio link I saw nothing. Before existing I saw three little links under portfolio link.

you have to make them viewable in content area in portfolio page.

 

what is special with this site ?

 

I really like ! simple and easy to view. I suggest setting the "Latest Work" button to full opacity. Otherwise, it looks really good.

Nice design... I like the way you have the images faded at the top of the page.

Just one suggestion. Why not carry this concept through to the portfolio page i.e. put some images on it... it looks a bit 'naked' with only text.

Really like the glossary - but again would suggest some imagery to break up the text and keep the image/text balance you set on the first page.

Please dont ruin this good design with google ads...

I was not joking by the way, I do like the design of your site... will you be developing a template version of it for sale? If so post on DP and I'd be interested.

Yeah the site logo is going to be designed when I can think of something to make for it

I think you should care more to the sidebar on the webdesign and logodesign. It will be better if you put a border to the sidebar.

 

it ok it does the job. I would suggest getting rid of the water drops and trying something else up in that right corner....

The only suggestion I have for you is that you should include preview pictures in the portfolio section.

Hmm.. Its a forgettable site..Do more some unique stuff..
