WTH: Long Term HTML/CSS & Some PHP programmer

I have a large volume of work that I am expecting in soon and will be needing to have a second hand. The work is very basic to start with, but may grow bigger.

I am looking for a second hand to work with on these projects. They will be basic HTML at first, and quite possibly upped to some PHP/mySQL & Javascript later on.

This is for a long term relationship. I pay well, so I expect to receive good, quick service as that is what my clients expect.

When you say basic, how basic? Are you after someone to code layouts from scratch or simple stuff like make subpages?
