This website has more then 10 adunits

i think adsense allow only 3 addunits per page
but on this blog

Well... adsense hasn't seen it so far.. but like you say, you're only allowed to do 3 so.. they will ban him pretty soon

I had to close my Firefox tab, because those ads take forever to load!

 

I counted 7 on the frontpage, and that's still too many...

 

Dont worry google will send the notice for that.

I always thought if there were more than 3 on a page the 4th was always blanked out automatically.

 

if that's the case, which I think I've heard from before, or even from my personal experience while testing my ad placements, I'm guessing that means he has more than one adsense accounts in order to show more than 3? Then again can you even have more than 3 ads in total from different adsense accounts?

 

that page is hard to look at.

 

Some programming trick is used .. otherwise no one can get soo many ads. I too get only 3 on single webpage.

 

hahaha maybe there is so much content in that 1 page that they're letting him get away with it.

Heh... pages with this many ads make me laugh.

First, it looks completely ridiculous.
Second, I can all but guarantee that this person makes no more money than he/she would having only 3 ads.
Third, they are most certainly going to be banned.

What is the point?

 

Yeah, I totally agree, he will get banned when google notices it. And I agree with Gerry_1717, I think he would make the same amount of money if he used 3 ad units. It does look repulsive.

 

Or even less because his users will be so annoyed by the fact that most of his site is made up of ads.

Actually he is using iframes to display so many ads.
chk the source code. All the adsense ads are actually in different pages.
for example:

May be the publisher is earning good by this trick, coz in real 1 page has only one ad unit... But displaying adsense on ZERO content pages and fetching it by using iframe is against Terms and conditions

 

Silly guy, he's an idiot to not realise that Google is the big brother of the Internet.

Oh well, with blatantly obvious infringemint of T&C he can rest assured that he'll be banned by the end of the month.. would be worth checking back to see how long it takes before the Adsense codes disappear
