The keyword relevancy of comments - 100%
The relevancy factor to the page he commented to my keyword - 80% (i.e, 80% time the niche of the blog matched with my niche)
The quality of comments - 75% (i even found responses to his comments on some blogs, which means he is not just spamming but pasting quality comments after reading the blog)
Approval rate - 60-70% within a week of posting comments which means he will reach 90% in three weeks time and that is great for blog commenting service, if you ask me i consider a approval rate of 50% to be great with all the spammers around

Turn around time - Well he took some time, around 5-8 days, but then there are two ways of looking at it, i would rather like it delayed as that means the comments are pasted over a period of time and will get approved slowly thus building the links at a slower pace and search engines love that rather than suddenly showing 40 or 100 links up in few days
