Yes, I think you should do; too much for VPSs and certainly for shared.

Definitely, disk space is not an issue, but that traffic is way too big for anything other than a dedicated server package

Yes you need at lease 8 core dedicated server.
And it highly depend on what kind of site you hosted.
Such as streaming video site is needed more powerful server than static page website

shared host will suspend for sure , vps can't handle so best is the own server

btw what are you panning to host

Godaddy service might help you out. If not, you can try BlueHost.

You must go with a Dedicated Server because I can't see any shared hosting or VPS would support up to 8TB of traffic, generally getting an Un-metered Dedicated Server would be an ideal for your current traffic.

Many hosts claim they will give you that, but the only way to get that for sure is through the use of a dedicated server, vps, or personal server. I wouldn't trust most web hosting companies.

At 40GB disk space you might as well go dedicated or else you're going to get raped on disk-space upgrades anyway.

8000 GB averages out to about 3MB/per-second, I don't believe I've seen anything other than dedicated provide bandwidth like that.

You seem to be running some video streaming site or something. With that amount of content and bandwidth, i will suggest get a VPS from a good well known webhosting company.

...and has a 100 GB bandwidth limit, just over 1% of what the original poster needs.

I agree with the other posters -- even paid shared hosting is unlikely to be able to support this. "Unlimited bandwidth" can mean different things in ISP-speak to normal English! ;)

You didn't read the poster's demands, so this is spam to get people to 000webhost?

iweb.com, burst.net, leaseweb.com all offer more for less $. I have servers at all of them, Burst is cheapest but is sometimes a bit instable (if you are unlucky, they are completely worthless, if you are lucky they are cheap and fine), iweb.com + leaseweb.com I have not had any problems with so far.

i am sure you have figured it out now, but shared and vps will not cover your needs. You will def need either private or dedicated, but it will not be to cheap for your needs

Yep, go for a dedicated server. You can easily cover the server costs with that much traffic.
