Hi my friend wanted to know when a site is baned from google search..

How long does it stay baned? The person already submitted it for reconsideration and its been a month..

His site got ban because of a redirect on the page was improperly formatted..

Well if he has actually fixed all of the issues Google had with it, it will be a couple months I would assume. It would help to continue building links back to it.

If your site is banned it could take as long as forever...

In most of the cases your site don't get considered again - however , if your site meet all the conditions of google then google invite you to resubmit your site , normally it take three weeks to index again else it will not index !

    hi

buddy i think it si more likely that your site would never be considered again
but you can still seek chances if you follow all terms and conditions and then might be you can get indexed in a month

GOOD LUCK with your website :):)

Yep it really depends on the infraction and the history Google has on the site in question. If they can associate site>>owner>>repeat offender then malcolm1 has it right.

I am quite serious. If you file reinclusion reports with Google "fess up". Acknowledge the fact that you know and understand why. I have found this approach works best with Google...faster reinclusion.
