Best, Quickest, way to promote your site is google adwords. BUT it must be done right or you will waste your money or create a cost ineffective campaign. I would hire a pro to setup and run adwords campaigns with specific conversion goals setup for leads and/or sales. Decide what you are willing to pay per lead or sale and then go for it.

    1. Be an authority on a subject. Post to social sites that have floods of traffic in the niche and let them recirculate your article.

There is no free lunch, and no proven short cuts for everyday webmasters without connections.

SEO is the way but unfortunately the process has its own gestation period. Not quick I am afraid. Adword could be the way out but will cost you time and money. You can get results without investing something into it.

I wish there was a shortcut but unfortunately there is none.

for effective promotion you could do SEO but it takes a lot of time, you have to be pateint with SEO so you won't accomplish your goals anytime soon. However for quick effective promotion theres PPC which would require you to spend a lot of money for a good return on investment. Unless you can get on a front page of social bookmarking sites like digg then your best option is to spend money on PPC to get quick effective promotion.

If you're desperate for quick rankings try some PPC - but it can be expensive.

If you don't want to spend a lot of time promoting your site, then you will have to outsource the work.

For best results you would need a natural SEO company and a PPC company.

The easiest way is to hire somebody to do it.. cuz it's ultra boring,
but the best way to do it.. is to find relevant backlinks on your own.

I would be very careful about using ppc unless you know a lot about it. You can lose some serious money doing it the wrong way:)

Like all things in life you have to spend time or money to get good results. Since you want it done fast then you'll have to spend money on ad campaigns, SEO experts, marketing people, etc.

Well my experience is anything that is, "quick" to do probably won't have much effect. Just think about it, anything that is quick and easy to do has already been discounted by google. Google has fine tuned their search so it only finds articles that are valuable to their users. Just give google what it wants - good relevant content and it will get pushed to the top. Guarantee it.

SEO is a gradual process and requires patience, you need to decide how quickly you wish to see results and what your budget is to boost your website. As stated Adwords, paid links and other techniques could improve the results that you are currently seeing, but you need to evaluate what your budget and timescale to see results.

There is no way to promote a website with high competition, without investing a lot of time and money.
True a PPC campaign would do, but it is lost money if you would not convert the visitors into buyers.
The best way to to promote a website would be to hire a SEO professional to guarantee long term website success. SEO work needs much time, and therefore I would highly recommend you a SEO company or freelancer who know what to do.

    Cheers
