    - Make sure your website can catch user eye.
    - Layout is important.
    - Good colour combination
    - Clean design
    - Make sure you point is clear

    The site should be user friendly. Scrawling from one page to another should be easy, not the confusing one. If that happens visitor will never return to your site. The most important part is content. The information you provide should be fresh and worthy for your customers. Lay out matters but content is the most.

    yea whatever your goal is for people to do (fill out a form or buy something) you need to make sure you emphasize the path to the conversion, and keep distractions to a minimum
