Automated Mortgage Site for sale! Great opportunity!

    I just built an automated mortgage/home loan website.

    www.smartmortgagenews.com

    It is subscribed to several RSS feeds for the news. It pings Google automatically each time the feeds are updated. There are built in sitemaps and RSS feeds as well. The site runs itself! Slick AdSense intergration. All you need to do is drive traffic and you will benefit from a great AdSense clickthrough. The site is only a week old, so no traffic yet. My other automated sites bring in AdSense CTR's in the double digits.

    If you market this site well, you will have a good money maker on your hands.

    I just thought I would offer it for sale as I am working on a new project now.

    Sorry.. that means that each time new posts are placed on the blog it pings Google and tells Google there is a new post. It's the "blog and ping" strategy. It is a very effective way of letting a search engine know you have new content.

    I forgot to mention that the domain name IS included in the sale.

    Does this use a backend system? Can unique articles be posted? How often do the news feeds update?

    Sorry for the delay folks.. for some reason I am not getting updates when there are new posts here...

    The site is set up to update every 6 hours, you can make it update as often you want, but it drains server resources. You can also post unique articles just like a regular blog.

    Also the site is now listed for sale on SitePoint as well.
